The certification test is administered in the Online Network for Evaluation (ONE) system. For further questions, email RaterCertify@ets.org.
ETS Raters must access the ESS Portal to update personal information. Please be sure you are accessing the correct link, www.ets.org/raters, and choosing the "Profile and Payroll" option. You may also request assistance by sending an email to RaterInfo@ets.org.
